Whilst I have a Sales & Marketing background with experience in Channel Management, Branding, B2B and B2C marketing requirements, I have also had considerable experience in IT strategy and implementation, as well as Operational efficiency projects.

Sales & Marketing

Using experience in the changing photographic, software and now musical instrument and pro audio gear markets, I have developed sales & successful marketing strategies in ever-adapting times.

From revolutionary Dealer programs seeing revenue growth of 8% - 12% year on year, to all-encompassing global brand launches, SPIV programs and collaborative marketing partnerships. 

Being an integral part of brand acquisition I have been intimately involved with the onboarding of 15 brands and the creation of 4 house brands totalling more than $20m in sales revenue.

IT Future Proofing & Strategy

Having five years experience of BDM roles in software services businesses for MYOB and Microsoft products, I have an intimate knowledge of what a future proofed and efficient processing IT stack consists of.

I have now spent over a decade implementing fully over-hauled stacks from hardware through to real-time integrated one-source-of-truth software stacks for multiple businesses.  Not only future-proofing, preparing for due diligence and sale, but excelling the standard market levels to reduce OPEX % by 5%+ over a multi year periods and increasing business opportunities for existing brands.

Implementing B2B portals that were leading for the industries, allowing cash sale customers 24/7 order and my account access increasing sales (live automated) to manage over $10m in ordering and significant reductions in internal sales call time handling.

Operational Efficiencies

An excellent business is about understanding how to effectively and efficiently implement business flows from sales through to logistics and servicing.   Whether business process or physical movements I have spent 10 years implementing what is considered a global world standard in distribution.  Implementing everything from advanced warehousing through bin management and replenishment to RF driven paperless warehouse processes, the process of continual improvement is a passion.

These operational efficiencies such as automating over 60% of sales order line entries (over 200,000 order lines per annum) contributed to a 40% increase in Revenue per FTE.
